Obelisk of Power and Skull Rune

I'm sure that you noticed that you get skull runes every time you level up or when you attack a battleground.The further you progress the more runes you will get.According to the stormfall guide this amount of runes you get per level up  :


Level 16 - 30 : 2 skulls per level up
Level 31 - 60 : 4 skulls per level up 
Level 61 - 75 : 6 skulls per level up  
Level 76+      : 8 skulls per level up 


To use these skull runes you first need to build the Obelisk of Power building so you can access the rune tree.Skull runes allows you to customize your castle and units attributes described and avaible in the rune tree.

You cannot research randomly the upgrade that you want, you have to unlock the first upgrade and continue down the line.If you hold the mouse cursor above every upgrade, you will see a pop up telling you how that particular upgrade affects your troops or your castle and how much time does it take to complete. 

Obelisk of Power Rune Tree

You should pay attention when upgradeing , take your time and get familiar with the tree before upgrading.Stormfall only allows you to edit the tree without money cost one time.After that, you have to purchase sapphires to edit, costing more and more every time you edit.
